This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. When you access the website, the server automatically processes information transmitted by your browser (server log files): IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and error-free operation of the website. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hostinger. Log files are deleted automatically after a short period.

The font used on this website is loaded locally from our server. No connection is made to servers of Google or other font providers.

If you have given your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Analytics allows us to evaluate the use of our website statistically (e.g. pages viewed, time spent, where visitors come from, devices used) in order to improve our offering.

For this purpose, cookies (including “_ga” and “_ga_<ID>”) are stored on your device and information about your use is transmitted to Google servers. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses; IP addresses within the EU are truncated before storage. Data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; an adequacy decision of the European Commission therefore applies to this transfer (Art. 45 GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Google.

The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the Cookie Settings; the analytics cookies set are then removed. If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details (e.g. name, contact details, content of your enquiry) to handle your request and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated or as required by statutory retention periods. The data is then routinely deleted or blocked.

We do not carry out automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), as well as the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR).
